A Short Day

Well there isn't much to say for today since it wasn't a very long day. I had long night of not being able to sleep once again which only confirmed that i'm jet lagged. So I fell asleep at 4 am only to wake up again at 5. Once the sun had risen I fell back asleep BUT i didn't wake up till after noon. So I went exploring this afternoon across the bridge, where we got lunch. They gave us these awful drinks, which turned out aren't the actual ones we ordered... which we figured out when we got the bill. To say the least they were VERY $$$$, but the food was delicious But we did make a trip to the supermarket today, which is the size of a store inside a gas station in the US. We got a few things to snack on and some stuff to make lunch or dinner some nights! We had a nice walk home since we got lost and it took triple the amount of time it was suppose to. And my arm still has marks on it from carrying everything back, its not 4 hours later... so to say the least our fridge is filled! But we did see the Duomo once again, and at this point I'm positive no matter how many times I see it, I will be just as amazed! I'm about to hit the hay for the night, I'm exhausted so I'm hoping that I actually get some sleep tonight. And orientation starts tomorrow at 8:30 so I need sleep!
